Reina de Naples 8918
During her reign, Queen Caroline Murat (Napoleon Bonaparte’s sister) will invite watchmaker Abraham-Louis Breguet (Abraham-Louis Breguet) to make more than 30 timepieces for her. One of them should be worn on the wrist. This marked the birth of the oval-shaped Reine de Naples watch, which continues its legendary legacy today, 8918, which uses a bright white large feu enamel dial with celestial numbers. This exquisite timepiece features a white gold case with delicate grooves around the bezel and dial flange, decorated with 117 diamonds. The movement is equipped with 537/3 movement, which is an automatic movement that can provide up to 45 hours of backup power. Breguet (Breguet)’s iconic blue steel hands, off-center time, diamond-shaped markers and fleur-de-lis and pear-shaped diamonds at 6 o’clock as embellishment, you can easily read the time. If you point the clock at the light, the reflection will give you a glimpse of Baogue’s secret signature, which is displayed at 3 o’clock. The sapphire crystal case back highlights the movement, and each watch is engraved with a unique number. According to Breguet (Breguet), the owner can choose to be part of history if he wants to, because the house can record his name and watch number in the watch archives, which have been kept by watchmakers since the 18th century.
